All testimonials are genuine and provided willingly by our clients.

While we endeavour to try and make our website error free, mistakes will occur and we reserve the right to correct those errors.

We welcome your feedback and comments on our products and services, however any aggressive of abusive language will not be tolerated.

We will never sell your information to another party. We are aware of the need to protect the information given to us by our clients and are committed to providing our products and services with this protection of information being paramount.

Part 3 Products

We reserve the right to change or withdraw any product, service or part of this site

We reserve the right to limit numbers of clients participating on courses.

We reserve the right to refuse to provide any product or service without recourse to an explanation.

Once an order has been placed with us for a product or service you will receive a confirmation email, containing details of the purchase. If no confirmation email is received then it is the responsibility of the purchaser to inform us as soon as possible.

All products or services sold are for the use of the purchaser and not to be resold, distributed or shared without prior permission from Wellness Simplified.

The purchase of a digitally provided product or service may be refunded, prior to being digitally supplied. Once supplied the purchase of a digital product or service cannot be refunded.

Coaching/Mentoring Packages must be paid for prior to the first scheduled session.

Face to face sessions may be cancelled or rescheduled, without charge, if more than 48 hours notice of the planned session, is given. Any cancellation or rescheduling within 48 hours of the planned session may incur the full session charge payable before the next face to face planned session

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that face to face scheduled sessions are attended.


Part 4 Privacy

Our Privacy Policy applies to the personal information we hold on individuals, not on organisations or other companies.

Any information submitted to us is stored in line with Data Protection Law.

We will communicate with you, only by means relating to information you have given to us.

Cookies are used to provide data on site usage and facilitate better navigation around the website for clients.

When we are first supplied with your personal data, you will be given the opportunity to decline any future information from us regarding other products or services.

Dependant upon the product or service you require, we may need to obtain from you, what is considered, sensitive information, eg medical history

By placing an order with Wellness Simplified for a product or service it will be taken that you have read and accepted the terms of our Privacy Policy.

We will take information from you, only when you enquire about or place an order with us for a product or reply to our response for information regarding a product or service we have provided.

We will store information for only as long as it takes for the information to fulfil all of it `s necessary usage. Those uses are as follows.

To allow us to carry out a credit check with a licensed credit agency, to prevent fraud, where we deem it necessary, this information may be kept by such licensed credit agencies with the purpose of preventing fraud. Please contact us if you require information about which licensed credit agencies or fraud prevention organisations your information has been given to.

To allow us to report to other organisations when we receive fraudulent or false information.

To ensure that you provide us with personal information regarding another person that you have made them aware of our Privacy Policy and that we have their permission to store such information.

We employ a third party to assist in our dealings with clients and they require access to your details. For example, to make a parcel delivery from us and name and address are required. In the event of the assets of the Wellness Simplified (Trading name of Awareness Coaching and Therapy Ltd) being acquired by a third party, the information held may be considered as being an asset transferred.

Part 5 Protecting Information

The information provided through the website is protected by a Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) that encrypts information as you input it.

Please protect your passwords and ensure you sign off when using shared computers.

Our email confirmation will only include the final part of your payment card number.

Some of the data we collect will be held in the USA (considered a 3rd country) by Kajabi LLC, a USA based corporation of Irvine, California. steps have been taken to ensure that all personal date held there on our behalf is treated just as safely as it would in the UK under the GDPR regulations.

To change the details of your personal data as and when they change.

To have all of your personal data deleted when you no longer wish to have us hold that data.
